I have complained in December 2009 about this as well and the matter has not been resolved. I wanted ITEMISED BILLING (i.e. exactly the numbers I called and how long etc) for especially the account ending on 20 November. Now I received my new account for the time period ending on 20 January 2010 and I am not happy AGAIN! I want itemised billing of these periods. I do not agree with the amount (it is WAAAAYYYY too much) and since I was on holiday over that period as well and didn't phone that much, I feel that the amount of more than R2000 is too excessive, since my average spending per month is R1400.

What do I have to do to get my ITEMISED billing?????????????????????????

Utterly disgusted: You are working on my nerves! I have requested via the call centre in Dec already to have the service activated, especially for Nov-Jan billing periods, since these were SO much higher than ususal. You never did it! I was told it would cost extra etc
